Ingredients

    Chicken Broth, 99 fl oz
    Beef stock, home-prepared, 3 cup
    diced tomatoes & green chilies RoTel 10oz canned, 5 serving
    Stahlbush Island Farms Black Barley, 2.5 cup
    canned rotel tomatoes, .5 serving
    Westpac French Cut Green Beans, frozen, 2 cup
    Asparagus, fresh, 15 spear, medium (5-1/4" to 7" long)
    meat mixture for soup...1lb ground turkey, 2 lbs. Tennessee Pride Hot Sausage, 8 oz
    Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, pieces or slices
    Kale, 2 cup, chopped
    Red Potato, 400 grams
    any spices on hand

Directions

Slice asparagus and green beans into bite-sized pieces. Boil everything in a pot...I steamed potatoes in microwave while the rest of it was coming to a boil. When all flavors are mixed and veggies are tender, eat up!
