Basic Ground Turkey/Chicken Meatballs

Number of Servings: 14


    1 lb ground turkey/chicken
    1 egg
    1/2 cup panko breakcrumbs
    1/4 cup chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese

    1 Tbsp Italian seasoning or
    1 tsp oregano


Mix all ingredients together and add seasonings based on your taste or the sauce you are going to serve with the meatballs. Divide into 14 sections and roll into balls. Bake at 450 for about 10-15 minutes or until cooked through.

These freeze well. Just thaw and cook in sauce of your choice for 30 min or more for them to absorb the flavor and warm through.
