*Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, 3 tbsp (less for some)
Fried Rice Seasoning Mix, SUN-BIRD, 1/2 pkg (12 grams)
Egg, fresh, 3 large
Jalapeno Peppers, 2 pepper finely chopped
Tips
Directions
Pre cook Brown rice and let cook.
Measure 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil in non stick pan
Add 2 tbsp Hot Pepper Sauce to oil
Mix oil and sauce in pan and then add
3 cup cooked Brown rice
Stir fry on medium high for about 5 minutes (time varies if the brown rice is very moist)
Add 1/2 pkg of Fried Rice Seasoning Mix, SUN-BIRD, mix into rice as it gets sticky ...
Add Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce. I like up to 3 tbsp, you might perfer less. Turn down heat to low and
Stir fry this mixture about 2 minutes
Add pre cooked meat at this point. I used 3 servings of medium shrimp.
Now move the rice mixture to one side of pan.
Crack up to 3 large Egg and scramble on empty side of pan. Once eggs or mostly done, incorporate the egg into the rice mixture.
Now, if you like spicy, add Jalapeno Peppers. I used
2 pepper finely chopped.
