1 large banana mashed
3 heaped T of organic peanut butter
1/2 cup ground almond meal
1/2 cup ground flaxseeds
1/3 cup of crasins
12 dry roasted almonds roughly chopped
1 T honey
Tips
Very satisfying snack to have if sweet cravings strike.
Good source of monounsaturated fatty acids, protein, magnesium and B6.
Directions
Combine all ingredients, roll into small little balls.
Place balls on lined tray and press with a folk.
Bake for 15-20mins at 170 C depending on how crispy you like them.
