    VEGGIE - BUTTERNUT SQUASH, FROZEN 1/2C SERV/7 PER BAG, 7 serving

    Granny smith apple - 1 med. apple, 1 serving - CORE, and DICED INTO BITESIZE PIECES

    PASTA - RICE, BROWN (MINUTE) COOKED -1 C/SERVING, 2 serving


    DAIRY - BUTTERS/SPREADS 1TBSP/SERVING, 1.5 serving
    SEASONING - CINNAMON 1TBP, 1 serving
    Nutmeg, ground, 1 tbsp



Directions

In micro safe dish, add squash, cored and diced apple, rice, butter and seasonings. Cook for approximately 5-7 minutes. Stirring, or gently mashing mixture together, reheat additional 2 minutes. Serve.
