Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    3/4 cup almonds
    3/4 cup cashews
    3/4 cup crasins
    1/2 cup oats
    1 cup flaxseed ground
    1/2 cup almond ground
    1T honey
    1.5T blackstrap molasses
    50g butter
    1T cinnamon

Directions

Combine dry ingredients in medium sized bowl. Melt butter, honey and molasses. Add to dry ingredients.
Mix well then press into a lined or greased slice tray.
Bake for 20-30 minutes
