Introduction

Ingredients

    Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 4 cup, shredded or chopped
    Romaine Lettuce (salad), 4 cup. shredded or chopped
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 cup, chopped or sliced
    Cucumber (peeled), .5 large (8-1/4" long) chopped
    Onions, raw, 2 slice, large (1/4" thick) chopped
    Olive Oil, 4 tbsp (1/4 cup) (or to taste)
    *Balsamic Vinagar, 3 tbsp (or to taste)
    Lemons, 1 fruit without seeds juice and fruit for flavor
    *Fresh Zuchinni and/or Squash, 2 cup chopped
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped
    Salt, 1 tsp(remove)
    Ground Garlic, 1 tsp

Tips

Red bell peppers ( 1 cup chopped) is a colorful addition.
Adding fresh spinach is a great option.
Use as the main dish for a very low cal dinner.


Directions

Prepare all ingredients to your taste. Add EVOO and vinagar (any flavor), Add salt and powered garlic and toss. Let set for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to blend.
If more EVOO is added, allow for calorie impact.
