Apricot Chicken

Ingredients

    Chicken Thigh, 4 thigh, bone and skin removed
    *Del Monte, Apricot halves Lite, canned, 2 cup
    Continental Salt Reduced French Onion Soup Mix, 4 serving
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    Cornflour (UK), 10 g
    Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz)

Directions

Saute onion and chicken until brown, add other ingredients (except the cornflour) and simmer until chicken is tender. Mix the cornflour with a little water and thicken the stew.

Serving Size: Two thighs each
