1 15 oz can of Pure Pumpkin, no salt added
3 eggs or 3/4 cup egg beaters
3/4 cup Fat Free Half & Half
1/2 cup Splenda with Fiber
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp pumpkin pie seasoning
2 tbsp cinnamon
Calories calculated at 6 servings per pie
Serve with low carb ice cream or fat free cool whip, crush pecans and place on top for a crunch!
Mix ingredients together in a large bowl
Pam a pie tin and place ingredients in it
Bake for 45-60 minutes or until knife comes out clean
cool for 1 hour on stove top
refrigerate for 1-8 hours before serving
