Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 30 oz can of pinto beans, drained & rinsed
    2 16 oz jars of salsa (you pick the heat level)

Directions

Place rinsed beans and salsa into a crockpot and mix well. Cover and cook for 6 hours. Serve over hot rice and sprinkle with cheese, or top a baked potato, or eat as a burrito filling. You may also include browned ground beef or turkey, but it is great as a vegetarian entree.
