Introduction

Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1/2 Cucumber
    1 small apple
    1 cup Kale
    1/2 cup Celery
    1/2 Cup Cilantro
    1/4 Lime
    1/2 tsp ginger
    1 Cup Spinach
    1 Carrot
    1/2 green or red pepper
    1 small tomato
    1/4 jalapeno or hot pepper of your choice (optional)
    or you can use cayenne extract if desired
    1/2 Cup broccoli
    1/4 Cup Fennel
    1/4 Green or Red Cabbage
    1/4 Small Onion
    1/2 tsp Aminos
    1 TBS Vinegar
    Pinch of Himalayan Salt

Directions

Put all veggies through a juicer. Add aminos, vinegar and salt. Stir and enjoy. Add ice if desired.

Serving Size: Makes 1 16 oz serving
