Ingredients

    2 heads cauliflower
    4 potatoes
    1 leek(Light green and white part only)
    3 Cups Chicken Broth

Tips

You can add cheese and bacon on top but would add more calories


Directions

boil cauliflower and potatoes in water Meanwhile cook leeks until soft. When cauliflwoer and potatoes are soft - drain water and return vegetables to pot. Mash with a blender, add leeks. Serve
