eggplant
cream cheese, parmesan cheese, mozzerella cheese

cook can of crushed tomatoes for 3 hours and add spices of your choice: Itilian seasoning, garlic powder, salt and pepper
brown meat
skin and back thin slices of eggplant for 20 minutes at 375
add cream cheese, 1/3 mozserella cheese, 1/2 parmesan cheese and spices and mix together
layer cheese, eggplant, sauce and beef
top with rest of parmesan and mozzerella cheese bank 450 for 45 minutes
