Lazy stuffed peppers

Ingredients

    16 oz lean grass-fed beef
    1 cup chopped onions
    2 large green bell peppers sliced
    2 tsp garlic freeze dried
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 15 oz cans petite diced no salt added tomatoes
    1/4 cup dry brown rice
    oregano to taste

Tips

If using grass-fed beef there should be no liquid to drain as it is extremely lean meat.


Directions

In electric skillet or large fry pan over medium heat,brown ground beef, onion, peppers, and garlic. Add tomatoes, brown rice, and seasonings, mix well. Simmer 45 minutes
