Creamy Beef and Veggies

Great one pan meal. A good way to get in your veggies. Tastes so wonderful its hard to believe its Healthy! Easy to create your own flavors. Switch or add other veggies or meat to suit your taste buds. Great one pan meal. A good way to get in your veggies. Tastes so wonderful its hard to believe its Healthy! Easy to create your own flavors. Switch or add other veggies or meat to suit your taste buds.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    3 Tblsp. Canola Oil
    1 Cup Each Carrots
    Onion
    Potato
    Yellow Pepper
    Green Pepper
    Red Pepper
    Celery
    2 large cans of Shredded Beef 12.5 oz.
    (Can use left over roast beef)
    Brown Gravy Mix (2 Cup Seerving)
    1 cup water or beef broth

Tips

Depending on what veggies you choose, this dish can be like having A Beef Pot Pie, without the Crust.


Directions

Cut all veggies into bite size pieces. Heat oil then add veggies, cook until desired doneness. Drain Beef and add to veggies. Mix Gravy mix with water or with the broth off of the Canned Beef, (or mix water and broth together for a total of 1 cup of liquid) pour over veggies and beef. Heat till gravy thickens. Gravy should be thicker than normal. It will stick to veggies and meat.

Serving Size: makes 6 servings approximately 1 1/2 cup each
