Nonfat Sweet Lassi

Introduction

This is good and satisfying when I get home from class hungry but too late in the evening to eat. It also helps me get enough protein. This is good and satisfying when I get home from class hungry but too late in the evening to eat. It also helps me get enough protein.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 c. nonfat yogurt
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. honey
    dash spice (cardamom, ginger, cumin, mint... there are many possibilities)

Tips

Lassi can also be made savory instead of sweet, sub 1 tsp. salt for the honey.


Directions

Put all in blender and whirl.
Adjust all ingredients to suit your own taste and texture preference.
Garnish with the spice if you are feeling fancy.

Serving Size: Makes 16 oz., one really big glass or two small ones.
