Spaghetti Squash w/ Meat Sauce

Introduction

Ingredients

    2# lean ground beef
    1 large yellow onion, finely chopped
    4 cups chopped baby bella mushrooms
    4 tbsp minced garlic
    2 cans Hunt's diced tomatoes
    2 cans Hunt's no salt added tomato paste
    6 cups Ragu Traditional Spaghetti Sauce
    2 large spaghetti squashes

Directions

preheat oven to 350, cut the spaghetti squash in half, spray with olive oil and place face down on a cookie sheet. cook for 30 minutes. repeat with second spaghetti squash.

brown ground beef in a skillet. add chopped onions and mushrooms and garlic and saute. add tomato paste and diced tomatoes. add the spaghetti sauce and simmer.

Serving Size: makes 12 servings
