Wheat Free Apple Walnut Bread

Ingredients

2c. Ground almond meal/flour
1c. Chopped raw walnuts
2 T. Ground flax seed
1T. Ground cinnamon
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 extra lg. eggs
1 C. Unsweetened applesauce
1/2 c. Melted coconut oil
1/4 c. Sour cream
Tips
Bake for 45 minutes until knife comes out clean. Allow to cool in pan 20 mins and then turn onto racks to cool
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees and grease small loaf pan
Combine eggs, applesauce, oil and sour cream and beat with mixer
Mix all dry ingredients together in separate bowl and stir well. Pour liquid mixture into dry ingredient and mix well with spoon until moist. Pour into greased loaf pan
