Chicken Nuggets

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    16 oz chicken breast cut into 16 pieces (1 oz each)
    1/4 C Panko bread crumbs
    1 large egg or 2 egg whites
    1/2 c Almond breeze unsweetened vanilla
    2 Tbsp Basil
    1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
    1 Tbsp Onion Powder
    1 tsp Ginger dry
    1/4 C Parmesan cheese

Tips

Serve with dipping sauces or can be used in salads


Directions

Mix bread crumbs, spices and parmesan cheese
Beat egg whites
In 3 bowls arrange milk, egg whites and bread crumbs
Dip chicken in egg, milk then crumbs
Bake at 375 degrees for 12-25 minutes or until done and crisp, turning once


Serving Size: Makes 4 serving - 4 oz chicken each (4 pieces)
