Ruth's Chicken Rice Soup

Ingredients

    1/2 chicken breast
    1 c. frozen mixed vegetables
    1 c. water
    2 tsp. Italian Seasoning
    1 c. cooked minute rice.

Directions

Place Chicken in med. saucepan. Add seasoning and water. Bring to a boil and cook until chicken shreds. Add vegetables and cook until tender. Add Cooked minute rice and cook for about 5 minutes. Divide into2 servings and ENJOY!!!
