Spinach, fresh, 2 cup (remove)
Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), 1 cup, unthawed )
Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 2 tbsp
Banana, fresh, 1 medium
Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla, 8 oz
You can add 1 tablespoon of Peanut butter or Almond Butter to increase the Protein, and to add a different YUMMY flavor. You can also use Soy, Hemp, or Rice Milk instead of Almond. Vary the Greens or Fruit for a different smoothie daily, but always include 1 banana, which gives it a sweet and thick consistency.
Add Water for thinner consistency, if desired.
