Ingredients

    Canned diced tomatoes
    Can of beans (your choice)
    Can of Green Beans
    Can of Broth
    Celery
    Carrots
    Barley

    Marjoram
    Thyme
    Salt
    Pepper
    Parsley

Tips

Seasoning measurements are apprx. Will vary to taste. Garlic salt (not powder!) is also a nice addition.


Directions

I always puree the diced tomatoes in a blender before adding to the soup. It mixes nicely with the broth.

Serving Size: Makes 6-7 bowls of soup.
