Lorri's Chicken Pot Pie

Introduction

Healthy comfort food - what could be better? Oh, it is easy! Healthy comfort food - what could be better? Oh, it is easy!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 Cans Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup, Low Fat
    1 10 oz. baq of frozen mixed vegetables
    1 lb of baked chicken breast, cubed
    1 Package Pillsbury Buttermilk Biscuits, Reduced Fat


Directions

Mix first three ingredients. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Place in a covered 13 x 13 casserole dish. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove cover, place biscuits on top of casserole. Bake at 350 for an additional 15 minutes, or until biscuits are golden brown and casserole is bubbly.
