Introduction

This is a high-protein dip or sandwich spread, that I like to eat big scoops of with celery and carrot sticks. This is a high-protein dip or sandwich spread, that I like to eat big scoops of with celery and carrot sticks.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 can of garbanzo beans
    mayo - about 1 tbs
    olive oil - 1.5 tbps (I honestly only added the olive oil because I needed something liquidy to get my food processor to work. Next time i would probably process some cucumber first, and totally omit the olive oil to cut down on the fat)
    3 sticks of celery
    1/2 a bunch of green onions
    a squeeze of lemon
    celery salt, salt and pepper to taste

Tips

Use on a sandwich or pita.. or just eat with veggie sticks.


Directions

Blend all the ingredients in food processor or blender til smooth. My food processor needs liquids first to work, so I start with those.

Serving Size: makes 4 1/2 cup servings
