Gluten-Free Spaghetti Squash

Introduction

Gluten Free, Corn Free, Soy Free, Grain Free, "Lasagna" Gluten Free, Corn Free, Soy Free, Grain Free, "Lasagna"
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    Ground beef, extra lean, 4 oz
    Onions, raw, 1 medium
    Spaghetti Squash, 2 cup (pre-cooked and scraped from the rind)
    Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk, 2 cup
    Tomato Sauce, 1 cup (1 small can)
    Egg, fresh, 3 large
    *2 tsp Italian Seasoning
    Garlic powder, 1.5 tsp
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 2 tbsp
    Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 2 oz, shredded
    Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Mix everything together in a mixing bowl except the Mozzarella.

Pour the mixture into a small 8x8 casserole dish and top with the shredded mozzarella.

Bake for about 35-40 minutes at 400F.

Serving Size: Makes 3 large servings or 4 smaller servings
