Ingredients

    Water (tap), Pot roast or soup bones (raw), Cabbage(raw), Potao (raw), Beets (raw).

Tips

When cooking beets make sure they are moistured (dont fry them, but at the same time make sure not to add too much water). Add a little amount of water at a time.


Directions

Chop the meat. Fill pot water. Put meat into the pot and cook on medium heat. Meanwhile chop the cabbage, potao add to the pot. Shred beets (small size). Put beets on a skeleton, add 2tbsp. of water. Cook covered on medium heat (stir often). When beets are soft and not crunchy anymore turn the pot off, add beets to the pot. Stir well. Soup is ready, enjoy!
