DIY Frozen Biscuits

Introduction

Make your own delicious frozen biscuits! Make your own delicious frozen biscuits!
Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

    2 c. flour
    4 t. baking powder
    1/2 t. salt
    1/2 c. shortening
    2/3 c. milk
    1 egg
    2 T. sugar

Directions

Mix all dry ingredients.
Cut in shortening with a pastry blender.
Add milk and egg.
Stir until ball forms
Pat down on flour covered surface.
Cut into rounds.
TO FREEZE:
Place rounds on wax paper lined cookie sheet and freeze for 2 hr.
Move to a freezer baggie or container.
{Can be frozen for up to 6 mon}
TO BAKE:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Bake for 15-20 min or until fully cooked.
Serve :)
