Slightly healthier than my last garbanzo celery dip

Introduction

Blended mix for sandwich spread or to dip veggies into. Blended mix for sandwich spread or to dip veggies into.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    3 stalks of celery
    1 small cucumber
    1 can of chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
    1 TBS mayo
    Half a bunch of green onions
    Salt, pepper, and celery salt to taste
    squeeze of lemon

Directions

My food processor has to have liquid first, and I get around adding oil or water by starting with the cucumber and lemon juice. If you don't have that issue, the order you add the ingredients in doesn't matter. Also - mine works better when the ingredients are cut into small chunks. Again...it depends on the quality of your food processor or blender.

Food process/blend: Cucumber, lemon juice, mayo, celery, green onions, garbanzo beans. Add celery salt, salt, and pepper to taste. Spread on sandwich or eat with the rest of the bunch of celery :)

Serving Size: Makes 4 1/2 cup servings
