Steel Cut Oats, Over Night Soak No Cook/Breakfast Good Carbs

Ingredients

    1/4 steel cut oats
    1/2 c almond or skim milk
    1/4 c golden raisins
    dash cinnamon
    2 tsp agave or equal sweetness from stevia of choice

    1/2 c blueberries or other berries of choice
    5 almonds equivalent, slivered and toasted

Directions

Combine the oats, milk, raisins, cinnamon and sweetener in a glass bowl or jar. Mix well and cover. Refrigerate over-night to soften the oats. Eat cold or let come to room temperature. Top with berries and nuts of choice.

Add a protein shake of choice.

Serving Size: 1 adult serving of about 1 cup of oats, plus fruit and nuts
