1/2 cup almond flour
1 cup tapioca flour
1 TBS. coconut flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 large eggs
2/3 cup almond milk
1 tsp. almond extract
This batter looks thin, but makes great waffles if your waffle iron has been preheat. (That's the secret to perfect waffles.)
This batter not the greatest for pancakes. They come out a little too hard. We like our pancakes fluffy.

Measure dry ingredients into bowl.
In separate bowl, measure wet ingredients and beat well.
Add the wet to the dry ingredients and blend until smooth.
Pour a little less than one cup of batter on waffle iron.
Set a timer for four minutes and you'll have a perfect waffle.
Serving Size: Makes four waffles. One waffle is a serving.
