-1/2 of kabocha Japanese pumpkin
- enough water to cover 1/2 the way up on the pumpkin
-1 tom2 tbsp of brown sugar and soy sauce
1 tbsp of seasoning for lighter and2 for a richer flavor. 1 allows you to taste pumpkins natural sweetness
2. Cut into about 15-20 pieces and place in pressure cooker with water, sugar, and soy sauce
3. When the yellow pin goes up, set timer for 3 min and turn off heat
