2 cups fiber goumet elbow macaroni
1 1/4 cups lactaid fat free milk
1.5 slices whole wheat bread ground into crumbs
8 slices fat free cheddar cheese grated
2 oz grated asiago cheese
6 slices fat free white american cheese.
1 tsp dry mustard powder
1/4 tsp white pepper
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
mix the grated cheeses and remove 1/4 cup and mix with the bread crumbs. Bring the milk just to a boil.add the grated cheeses and stir. pour over the macaroni. sprinkle the reserved grated cheese bread mixture on top.
Bake at 375 for 30 minutes or until bubbly and browned on top. Let stand 5 minutes, then serve.
Serving Size: makes 4 generous 1 cup servings at 455 calories each
