Wheat free vanilla egg custard

Ingredients

    4 extra lg. eggs
    1c. Low fat or skim milk
    1 1/2. C. Evaporated low fat milk or heavy cream
    1/2. C. Splenda
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    Pinch kosher salt
    Fresh grated nutmeg or ground nutmeg

Directions

Whisk all ingredients pour through fine sieve into large measuring cup. Divide into 6 (4 oz) custard cups. Sprinkle nutmeg on top. Pour hot water in roaster pan up to middle of custard cups. Bake 325 degrees for 25-35 minutes until knife comes out clean
