Cari's Homemade Beef Stew

Ingredients

Beef, round steak, 1 oz
Carrots, cooked, 1 carrot
Potato, raw, 1 cup diced
Cooked Onion, .25 cup
Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, .25 cup, chopped
Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 10 strips
Margaret & Holmes Tomatoes, Okra & Corn, 1 serving
Old El Paso Fajita Seasoning Mix, 2 tsp
Garlic, 1 tsp
Tips
Directions
Brown beef on both sides with olive oil.
Add 3 cups of water to slow cooker.
Dice up carrots in 1" slices.
Dice up potatos in 1" slices.
Slice peppers in 1/2" strips approx 3" long.
Put all diced ingredients and beef into slow cooker.
Add in Margaret & Holmes Tomatoes, okra, and corn.
Mix in 2tsp Old El Paso Fajita Seasoning.
Mix in 1tsp Garlic.
Turn crock pot on low and allow to cook for six hours.
Serving Size: Makes 1 1.5cup serving. Multiply as needed
