Ingredients

    1 lbs. Butternut Squash
    2 Tbls Olive Oil
    1/8 tsp Chili Powder
    1 Tsp Ground Cumin
    1 Tsp Garlic Powder
    2 Tbls Honey
    Salt

Directions

1. Heat oven to 400 F. Line a baking dish with foil and set aside.
2. Wahs squash, peel and cut in half lengthwise. remove seeds and cut into 1 inch square cubes.
3. Mixed chili powder with olive oil. Lightly coat squash cubes with olive oil and chili powder mixture. Sprinl\kle with spices. Place on prepared baking sheet and roast on center oven rack 30 minutes or until fork tender.
4. Serve roasted squash with a drizzle of honey and salt to taste.
