One of the other members made the comment that "fat is fat". Not true. This is a very "Heart Healthy" dish. 1 TBL of Olive oil contains 13.5g of tot fat, 0g of trans fat, 1.1g of poly-unsat fat, and 9.9GM of MONO-SATURATED fat - the fat that clears your arteries of cholesteral. Heart or calories? - 11/17/09

I like this a lot - I add some italian seasoning to the crumb top mixture. I like a little less olive oil in the recipe but I know it needs to be there nonetheless...Did You Know That your body needs some kind of fat similar to olive oil to properly extract the nutrition from vegetables? :-) - 8/6/08

I recommend you cut the oil in half at least, and substitute the Parmesan w/1/2 the amount of the stronger-tasting Asiago. - 7/5/08

There is an awful lot of fat grams for an all veggie recipe if this is correct, this is way to high for my household, even if some of it is with evoo. It sounds so tasty I am going to work with this and get the fat grams down because my famiuly will definitely enjoy this - 3/28/09

I think I might try but put try the spray olive oil (like PAM) to limit the fat. Although a good fat, fat is fat. - 7/5/08

The flavors all complement each other so well! What a tasty easy to do dish. I'll use less cheese next time as I felt it was too much topping. I also used a lot less OO. I used my Misto instead of drizzling! - 3/24/09

We have something similar a lot, but without the parmesan cheese due to my extreme dislike for butyric acid. If one must have cheese, gruyere or ricotta salata would be much more pleasant. - 7/5/08
