1/4 c white vinegar* (see tips)
1/4 c soy sauce (use "light" for a lot less sodium)
1-2 green onions, chopped very small
*The little hot red peppers here in Guam are called Boonie peppers. Since I couldn't find them listed, I listed red chili peppers instead.
* vinegar tip: If using this sauce for dipping fish, lemon juice is often substituted for the vinegar
