Introduction

I was hungry for stuffed peppers vegan style and I found these ingredients in the kitchen and presto I made these. I was hungry for stuffed peppers vegan style and I found these ingredients in the kitchen and presto I made these.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 bag of morning star soy crumbles 12 oz
    1 bag of frozen fajita veggies 16 oz
    1 can of hunts no sugar added spaghetti sauce 24 oz
    1 can of tomato sauce 15 oz
    2 tubs of Italian rice minute rice ready to serve rice

Tips

Next time I will look for lower sodium sauce and use fresh peppers. This batch was higher in sodium then I would have liked.


Directions

Add all to the crock pot and cook for 2 or 3 hours on low.

Serving Size: Makes 4 nice size bowls. Stick to your ribs meal.
