Mock Sheppards Pie

    2 ready to bake pie crusts
    1 lb of lean ground turkey
    1 cup peas
    1 cup carrots
    1 cup corn
    1 pkg brown gry mix
    3 cups of mashed potatoes


Blind bake crust as directed on package
brown turkey then add the vegetables and gravy mix and water

In a sauce pan make instant mashed potatoes.

Fill the pie crusts with meat and vege mix evenly into two pies. Cover each pie with mashed potatoes spreading to the edges to seal with the potatoes

Bake until potatoes are a crispy brown or desired color for you. Usually about 30 minutes

Serving Size: Makes 2 pies with 6 servings each pie
