Introduction

I don't really like pasta but this is one I will eat! Serve over short or long pasta or even rice or quinoa! I don't really like pasta but this is one I will eat! Serve over short or long pasta or even rice or quinoa!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 package of lean ground turkey

    1 large can of whole tomatoes with juice

    2 carrots diced

    1 yellow onion diced

    1 stalk of celery diced

    1-2 tbsp of olive oil

    A little ketchup and salt to taste

    Chopped basil and parsley

Tips

Add red pepper for some spice or even red peppe flakes when cooking, or add tabasco


Directions

1. Heat olive oil and cook onions till soft
2. Add celery and carrots and cooks bout 5 min
3. Add turkey and cook till mostly brown
4. Add tomatoes and break apart a little
5. Let cook for 10 to 15 min then add basil and parsley and seasoning
6. Cook for 1 more min then serve over pasta

Serving Size: 6 servings of sauce
