Wheat free hamburger buns

Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    3 cups almond flour
    1/2 cups coconut flour
    1/4 cup ground flax seed
    1T. Plus 1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. Kal-stevia
    1/4 tsp. sea salt
    2 T. Vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 cup heavy cream
    1/4 cup water
    8 extra large eggs
    1/2 cup butter, melted

    Optional sesame seed topping

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In bowl mix dry ingredients well
In separate bowl combine wet ingredients and blend well. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix well. Scoop batter with ice cream scoop into pre greased muffin top pans. Bang on counter 2 times. Bake for 13 to 15 ,minutes. Cool on rack then cut into with serrated knife.
