Chili - Breakfast bowl

Ingredients

    1 (20 oz) package lean ground turkey
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 (28 oz) can crushed tomatoes
    1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes, drained
    4 tsp chili powder
    1 T. cocoa powder
    1 bay leaf
    1/4 tsp hot sauce or to taste
    salt and pepper to taste.

Directions

Brown together meat and onion - add all ingredients and simmer
