First time making this pumpkin-plus-mix recipe. Next time I would add water because the batter was too thick, and use UNsweetened dried cramberries or raisins. Ingredients

1 (15 oz.) can of pumpkin
1 box cake mix of your choice (I used white)
2 T. pumpkin pie spice
3/4 c. dried cranberries (nutrition info is for Craisins which are sweetened)
water (amount to be determined by next batch)
Tips
Makes 12 servings.
Directions
The pumpkin replaces the egg and oil.
Adjust amount of water to get the right consistency for cake batter.
