Jaynee's Very Banana Muffins

Introduction

No added sugar and no fat, this is a dream muffin! No added sugar and no fat, this is a dream muffin!
Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

    1-3/4c flour
    1-1/2t Baking powder
    1/2t Baking soda
    Dash of salt
    2/3c Brown Sugar Twin
    1/2c egg substitute
    4 bananas, mashed

Tips

Add nuts, if desired.


Directions

Mix all ingredients well and divide into greased small muffin tins. Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes or until tops spring back to touch.
