1 (15oz) can of pumpkin
13 oz of Flax milk
2 tbsp of Pumpkin Pie Spice mix
2 Tbsp Cinnamon
.75 cup egg substitute
.75 cup sugar substitute
1/2 tsp ginger
add nuts, crush nuts to make a crust add variety
Mix together until well blended.
Pour in an 9" pie pan.
Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
Reduce temperature to 325 degrees, bake for 45 minutes.
Serving Size: Makes 6 to 12 servings depending on slicing methods (Calculated for 6)
