Pork Chops with Apples

Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    3 4oz Pork Chops (boneless)
    Vegetable cooking spray
    1.25 C. Water
    1 tsp. chicken flavored bouillon
    .5 tsp. pepper
    3 cooking apples
    .5 tsp cinnamon

Directions

Spray pan with cooking spray
Cook pork over medium heat
Combine water, bouillon, pepper
Add to pork and bring to boil
Cover and simmer for 20 min.
Skim off fat
Add peeled/sliced apples and cinnamon
Cover and simmer for 15 min. or until pork is tender

3 servings (you can do 4 pork chops for 4 servings).
