Mama Hanna's Asian Chicken Salad

Ingredients

4 oz. grilled chicken breast meat
2 cups Romaine lettuce, chopped
1/4 green bell pepper, sliced
1 tbsp. thinly sliced onion
1/2 carrot, sliced
2 tbsp. rice wine vinegar
1 tbsp. sugar substitute
dash of black pepper
dash of salt
dash of ground ginger
dash of sesame oil
1 tbsp. cilantro (optional)
1 tbsp. sliced almonds (about 5 almonds)
Tips
Directions
Slice chicken. Add vegetables to a plate or bowl and add chicken. Mix the vinegar, sugar substitute, salt, pepper, ginger, sesame oil, and cilantro . pour over the salad and toss to combine. Roughly chop almonds. Heat a dry pan over medium-high heat. Add almonds and toss to toast. Top salad with almonds
