*Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched, 4 cup (remove)
Baking Powder, 3 tsp (remove)
Salt, 1 tbsp (remove)
Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove)
Milk, nonfat (skim milk), 1.5 cup (remove)
You can add dried croutons to center of each dumpling to help prevent a gooey center.
Boil 10 min. on one side. Turn over and boil another 10 min.
Serving Size: makes 4 dumplings, about 12 servings
