Ingredients

In pan of boiling water - cook Macaroni for 10 minutes.
Using large microwave dish - add in following order:
On high temperature
3 TBSP margarine (for 30 seconds to melt)
3 TBSP flour - wisk in melted margarine mix well
3 Cups milk - wisk into flour mixture, mixing well
Dash salt
Place in microwave - cook for (3 - 4) 2 minute intervals, mixing well with wisk after each. - boil for 1-2 minutes.
Remove from heat add:- stir in until melted
1 CUP - grated, strong Cheddar cheese
Cook for 1 minute more
Tips
Sliced tomatoes could be added to top - (not included in calories)
I bake in 2 loaf pans - which gives me 2 dinner servings for 3 - 6 people each per pan.
Directions
Follow directions in ingredient list then
Drain macaroni, add cheese sauce, mix well.
Place macaroni into a large baking dish
Sprinkle bread crumbs on top - bake at 350 for 20 minutes - until heated through - or longer if you want the top to be crisp.
Serving 1 cup size.
