Easy Vegetable Beef Soup

Ingredients

    Ingredients:

    1 bottle V8 100% Vegetable Juice Original, 6 cup
    1 pkg McCormick Slow Cooker Hearty Beef Stew Seasoning, 1.5 oz
    Beef, bottom sirloin, tri-tip roast, trimmed, 346 grams cut in small pieces
    2 large cans Allen's Veg All, 7 cup
    Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz)

Tips

Tastes great with biscuits or cornbread.


Directions

Mix all ingredients in a very large soup pot.
Bring to a boil, turn to low and simmer for about 30 minutes.

Or

Cook in a crock pot on low for 6-8 hours.

Serving Size: makes about 16 1-cup servings
